See the chamois of La Lauzière, discover high-altitude wildflowers, learn everything you need to know about hiking (preparation, map-reading, etc.), camp overnight berneath a canopy of stars and admire Morel Valley's cultural heritage.

If you like hiking, here's your chance to scale the tallest peaks. During a three- or four-hour hike, your guide will teach you cramponning and glacier climbing techniques that will enable you to see unforgettable views:
Vanoise National Park, Grand Paradis National Park, Les Ecrins, La Haute Tarentaise, The Massif du Mont Blanc.
- Rock climbing:
Rock-climbing at natural sites. A qualified expert will safely teach you rock-climbing techniques. Harnesses, helmets and rock-climbing shoes will be at your disposal. For your individual outings, the region's rich geology enables us to offer you fabulous rock-climbing whatever your level may be.
- Via ferrata:
The region's most beautiful Via ferrata: Courchevel, Pralognan, Champagny, Peisey Nancroix, Val d'Isère and many others.
- Mountain-biking:
Rides leaving from the resort or the top of a ski lift on mountain pasture trails or through forests… You'll cross typical mountain hamlets with glaciers in the background.
Descents: a ski lift takes you from the resort to the top of mountain pastures, a 1,600-m drop in altitude, 20 to 30 km through mountain pastures and forests until you reach the banks of the Isère.
"Freeride 3 Vallées": A memorable day of downhill rides in the world's largest ski area. A little more than 60 km of trails in the Trois Vallées area, all of them connected to each other by ski lifts specially designed to carry mountain bikes. Gaze at the high peaks of the Vanoise, then plunge into the green valleys for a 6,000-m drop in altitude.
The Descent Pass: a formula including a descent and a day of free riding at 3 Vallées.
Water sports:
- Canyoning: slides, jumps, siphons and cascades.
- Whitewater sports: rafting, hot-dogging, swimming.
Aerial activities:
- Paragliding. first flights on two-seaters, introductory course, advanced course, introduction day, advanced day.

- Adventure course: Tyroleans, monkey bridges, pullies, beams, Laotian ladders take you from one tree to another.
- Golf: a 250-m long driving range (12 posts) simulates all the possible playing situations on a course. Approach area and putting-green open to all will help you perfect your playing.
- Tennis: 9 exceptionally soft artificial turf courts make you feel as though you're playing on clay. Reached by a path to Crève Cœur or the Bois de la Croix chair lift.
