The 4 small buildings of "Le Domaine de Gascogne" are pleasantly laid out around a golf course.
The apartments have terraces and balconies offering an attractive open view of the swimming pool or the pine forest or the green. The ground-floor apartments open out on to landscaped gardens. The residence has features typical of the Basque country, with half-timbering and coloured woodwork. The residence is particularly appropriate for young children.

Le Golf

The 27-hole Biscarrosse golf course, located 100m from the residence, includes:
- an 18-hole competition course in an enchanting natural setting in the Landes forest. This is a par 72, 5,784-m technical, rolling course with a slope of 131 that has been designed for everybody’s enjoyment.
- a 9-hole, par 32, 2,172-m course accessible to players of all levels.
- and also, a driving range with 25 posts, including 7 indoor.

Introductory course:
Programme: Introduction to the course. Learning the basic short game, long game and putting techniques. Hands-on practice on the course. Introduction to rules and etiquette. Admission to the course during the lessons.
Included in the price: 6 hours of instruction over 3 days, driving-range balls, equipment (clubs).
Not included in the price: admission to the course and driving-range balls outside lesson times.

Advanced course:
Programme: This course includes reviewing the basics, setting up an individualised plan, applying what has been learned to actual situations on the golf course with a review of the rules, and developing various aspects of game strategy.

How to get there?

BY CAR

A6 and A10 motorway towards Bordeaux. Exit at Lormont, then take the N230 going to Bayonne/ Toulouse/ Bordeaux. In Bordeaux, take the A63 to Arcachon/ Mont-de-Marsan/ Bayonne/ St Sébastien. Then take the A660 towards Arcachon/ Biscarosse. Exit n°1Mios/ Biscarosse/ Lacanau de Mios. Follow Sanguinet. After the sign Biscarosse, take right at the large roundabout towards "La Route des Lacs". Continue on the Route des Lacs for 4 km, the lake is on your right. Turn left, the residence is 300 m away.
