The 5-day “Young Mum” cure, from Monday to Friday, 4 treatments per day including:
- 3 individual treatments
- 1 hour of dry or in bassin physiotherapy session, in small group
- open access to the seawater course, seawater swimming pool heated to 33°C, sauna, hammam, cardio-training, aquagym and gym courses, yoga and Qi Gong session.
During the cure: your baby is minded at the “P’tits Mousses” Club, 2 individual interview with a dietitian, 1 impedancemetry (analyse of the various body components: muscle mass, fat mass and water mass), 2 beauty treatments, 1mother-bay bath.

The 5-day “Well being and Healthy” cure, from Monday to Friday, 4 treatments per day including:
- 3 individual treatments including: jet showers, manual hydro massage, marine algae application, multijet bath, “douche circulatoire” (circulatory shower), pressotherapy or every other day dry or affusion masage).
- in small group, 1 treatment in seawater pool heated to 33°C or in room (including: “kiné posturale marine” (postural gym sessions in a seawater pool with a physiotherapist), aqua-musical relaxation, “abdos taille marine” (abs and size gym) or relaxation in room)
