Resort Description

Located on the Cornouaille coast at the mouth of the Odet River, Bénodet has an old port and a yachting marina.
Two lighthouses, "Le Phare du Coq" and "Le Phare de la Pyramide" (191 steps – 48 metres): the view stretches along the coast from Concarneau Bay to Eckmühl Lighthouse and out to sea as far as the Glénan Islands.
Churches: Saint-Thomas and Notre Dame de la Mer as well as Perguet Chapel.
The Pont de Cornouaille: an elegant 610 m long bridge, overhanging the Odet river by 30 m with a superb view of Bénodet port, Sainte-Marine and the estuary, and the Odet upstream.
Vedettes de l’Odet: these boats will take you up the Odet river, lined with 15 châteaus, to the Glénan islands, Pont l’Abbé river and the “bigouden” country or sea fishing.

From Paris: A10 motorway towards Nantes / Bordeaux. At Dourdan, take the A11 motorway in the direction of Nantes. At Le Mans, take the A81 motorway in the direction of Laval-Rennes. Then continue along the N157 until you reach Rennes, then follow signs to “Lorient par Ploërmel” along the N24. At Hennebont, take the N165 towards Quimper, and the No 6 exit to “Concarneau”. Drive along the D44 towards Fouesnant until you reach Bénodet.
At Bénodet, follow signs to the Casino. The residence is located opposite Trez beach, between the thalasso centre and the casino.
