Located 300 m from the residence, on Sables Blancs beach, the "Institut de Thalassothérapie Thalasso-Douarnenez" offers you preferential rates in a 1,000-m2 spa:
- Fitness Treatment Course to feel relaxed, revitalized and refreshed: a 5-day treatment course from Monday to Friday, with 4 treatments a day, including:
• 5 treatments including dry modellings, modelling under affusion, jet-spray or affusion showers,
• 5 baths with seaweed jelly,
• 5 seaweed wraps,
• 5 group sessions (including aquagym, relaxation or gentle gym).
- “Beauty” Cure to combine fitness and beauty treatments: a 5-day treatment course from Monday to Friday, with 5 treatments a day, including:
• 5 modelling under affusion
• 5 treatments including jet-spray shower, bath with seaweed jelly
• 5 seaweed wraps,
• 5 group sessions (including aquagym, relaxation or gentle gym).
• 5 beauty treatments: 2 facials, 1 body scrub, 1 beauty care for the hands or feet, 1 relaxing energetic massage.
For these 2 courses, at the beginning of the course, optional medical check-up (non-refundable) to be booked before your arrival by calling 0 825 00 42 30 and to be paid directly to the spa.
- “Balance” Cure: for general well-being and the balance of your organism: a 5-day treatment course from Monday to Friday, with 5 treatments a day, including:
• 5 treatments including dry modellings, plantar reflexology session,
• 5 baths with seaweed jelly,
• 5 seaweed wraps,
• 5 jet-spray or affusion showers,
• 5 group sessions (including aquagym, relaxation or gentle gym).
Medical examination at beginning of Cure obligatory and included in the cost.
- Mini fitness courses (2 or 3 days) including 3 treatments per day, from Monday to Friday, every day:
• 1 bath with seaweed jelly,
• 1 seaweed wrap,
• 1 group sessions (including aquagym, relaxation or gentle gym).
N.B.: the treatments are given alternately, one day in the morning, one day in the afternoon. Between the treatments, free access to the sea water swimming pool, the jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, the walking river and the fitness room.
Included in the cost: bathrobe and towels.
Not included: bathing cap (required in the swimming pool) and swimming pool sandals (it is possible to buy them on site).
Please bring: 2 swimsuits and gym clothes.
