The residence stands on the top of a rocky promontory with a panoramic view of the sea. The style is highly original, with small marble and glass buildings that blend perfectly into the landscape and surroundings. All the apartments have big terraces, most of them with stunning views over the sea, Beaulieu and St Jean Cap Ferrat. The Principality of Monaco is 4 km away. The Mala beach is accessible on foot.

How to get there?

BY CAR

A6 motorway until Lyon, then take A7 motorway – "Autoroute du Soleil"; take the exit for Cap-d'Ail / Monaco. Then follow the N7 for 3 km and turn right towards Cap d'Ail / sea front ("bord de mer"). The residence is 500 m further along on the right.
