The thalassotherapy centre is set in a high-quality environment: built into the "Les Calanques des Issambres" residence, it faces and is 100 m from the sea and shares the services of its residence: accommodation, a large adjacent outdoor swimming pool and quality restaurant (open every night year-round, with a diet menu). A bright, warm, comfortable spa featuring Provençal decoration, geared towards treatments on a human scale that put the emphasis on quality and relaxation.
FACILITIES A multifunction seawater pool under a retractable glass dome with a swimming area and 20 spa activities (2 torrent massages, 2 geyser massages, 2 geysers, 6 underwater massage posts, 2 seawater cascades, 1 counter-current swimming lane, 1 jacuzzi and 4 relaxing hot seats).
Fitness and relaxation (1 mixed hammam, 1 relaxation room and 1 specialised massage room opening out on to the pool, 1 herb-tea room, 1 outdoor exercise area and an outdoor solarium around the spa pool)
Dry treatment cabins (2 essential-oil massage cabins, 1 hydrojet cabin, 1 mixed electrotherapy, pressure therapy and thermosudation cabin).
Seawater treatment cabins (2 cabins for massage under seawater ramp, 4 hydromassage bath cabins, 4 seaweed therapy cabins, 2 jet spray cabins).
A Thalgo beauty centre with 2 multipurpose beauty treatment cabins (face and body treatments, Thalgo frigitherapy and a shop with Thalgo products)

CURES Eight 6-day cure formulas (Sunday to Friday) each including 4 treatments per day, alternating mornings or afternoons, for the pre-booked cure + accommodation combination.

Seawater relaxation cure : relaxation and well-being
A combination of 4 treatments per day among the following treatments: essential-oil massage, massage under seawater affusion, hydromassage baths (up to 4 different programmes: invigorating, relaxing, back, legs), seaweed wrap, jet-spray shower, aqua-gym in a seawater pool (1 group class / day), hydrojet.
Back cure A combination of 4 treatments per day among the following treatments: exercises in a seawater pool (1 group class/day for the back), essential-oil massage, shiatsu (back), AMMA massage, massage under affusion, hydromassage baths, seaweed wrap, jet-spray shower, hydrojet, special medical care for the back.
Extreme relaxation cure (special massage)2 main parts: 3 personal spa treatments per day for 6 days + massages, or 18 treatments in one week: 4-hand massage under seawater, California massage, massage of the energy meridians, Japanese massage, AMMA massage, reflexology.
Thalasso cure for men : an original, relaxing and energetic cure with character
Hydromassage baths, seaweed wrap, massage under seawater affusion, California essential-oil massage (20 mn) every day. Beauty treatments: manicure, face treatments, body treatments. The cure includes a sports activity during the week alternating with the treatments. Subject to availability during the year and depending on the season.
Relaxation and weight-loss cure A combination of 4 specific treatments among the following: jet-spray showers, thermosudation, hydromassage baths, weight-loss massages, electrotherapy treatments (frigitherapy or thermosudation or pressure therapy), seaweed wrap, aqua-gym in a seawater pool (group classes). A diet awareness class. This cure must be combined with a low-calorie diet or based on a dissociated diet.
“Thalgo Marine” cure : beauty and well-being
A combination of 3 treatments from the “seawater relaxation” cure + beauty treatments Thalgo: face treatments, body treatments, manicure, pedicure.
"Be Zen" cure : a thalassotherapy cure combined with various relaxation techniques
A combination of 3 thalassotherapy treatments per day (hydromassage baths, shower under affusion, essential-oil massage, massage under seawater affusion, seaweed wrap) + Asian techniques: Shiatzu, Asian exercises (QI GONG) ; 1 sleep awareness session, 1 introduction to aromatherapy session, 1 body treatment (body peeling).
NEW ! “Détente Provençale” cure : this new cure is based on Provence’s flavours and exploration of the region.
On the programme: hydro-massage baths, "scents of Provence" (lavender, Mediterranean pine, peach, fig, etc.), face and body beauty treatments with olive oil, figs, etc., massages with essential oils of Provence. The cure also includes a tour of a Côtes de Provence vineyard or scenic sites in Provence.

- Bathing cap (for the pool) and sandals compulsory (sold on site with prices starting from € 5.00 to € 18.00 per cap and € 6.00 per pair of sandals) (Prices based on summer 2005).
- A paying medical check-up is compulsory before starting the cure (1) (non-refunded by French health insurance system) for the 6-day cures and the treatment programmes of 3 days and more. Possibility of a medical check-up after the cure (also paying).
- General diet option (restaurant of the Calanques residence): diet programme.
- You must be at least 16 years old to enter the spa.
