The residence offers comfortable self-catering apartments that are split into three areas: ‘The Lauriers’ and ‘The Corniche’ which are in the heart of the activities, and ‘Bellevue’ which is quieter and boasts an overflow swimming pool that overlooks the Gulf of St Tropez.

The estate also possesses a private beach (3km away and open from mid-May to mid-September), accessible by a free shuttle from 16 June to 31 August.

GOLF - GOLF DE ROQUEBRUNE

Situated at the heart of a pine forest, on a spur of the Massif des Maures, the Golf Course of Roquebrune offers you, at preferential rates:

Beginners’ class: training of the golf bases and the small play. 10 hours of course distributed on 4 or 5 days (depending on the teacher).

Improvement class: for people who has already played. Reinforcement of the game strategy on the Golf course and training on the various trajectories. 10 hours of course distributed on 4 or 5 days (depending on the teacher).

Special Green Card Class: for people who has already taken between 20 and 30h of Golf training classes, who knows the basic rules of the Golf and who has already done a golf course. Revision of the technical concepts, the rules, the safety and the rhythm of play, needed to be autonomous on the golf course. 1h30 a day, during 3 days.

Please Note:
- Loan of equipment and balls during the classes.
- Trainees benefit from a 15% reduction on the 18 holes green fees.
- Minimum age: 10 years for all the class formulas.
- 3 to 7 people maximum per class.
- Trainees need the 2006 licence to have access to the golf course.

This summer, come and get back into to shape at the Residence Club Les Issambres, with a fitness programme to match your every wish!

If you’re looking to recharge your batteries, relax or learn how to adopt better postures, the Relaxation and Wellness course is made for you. In small groups, our specialist will introduce you to several methods for getting rid of stress and making calm the key word for your holiday. Try out the famous Pilates method in order to learn how to use your body's weak muscles and relax those that are too tense to become more supple and gain in movement, balance and support!

Would you like a better figure? Better muscle tone? Fresh energy? Our Muscle tone course will meet your needs. In small groups led by a specialist, you will alternate sessions of firming up bottom muscles, aqua body building, muscle step, aqua tonic and lots of other methods for getting back in shape and enjoying an energy-packed holiday!

We also have 2 daily fitness sessions, in the pool and on the exercise floor, open to the public and included in our adults' entertainment programme. Our instructors will guide you in stretching, basic step, aquagym and more.

The Relaxation and Wellness and Muscle tone courses are from Monday to Friday, with daily sessions lasting 1 1/2 hours: 45 minutes on the exercise floor and 45 minutes in the pool. Bookings and payment when booking your apartment.
