The apartments and semi-detached houses are organised in 6 very charming pedestrian areas
In the heart of the Village, the apartments are located around the Square [La Place] area and in the new Argousiers residence.
The Eaux vives area, near the central square, offers houses with a view over the water, the golf course or countryside.
The area of the Grand Lac features houses overlooking the water and is well-located near to the centre of the Village.
The {\i Hameau} area comprises houses around the golf course.
The area of l'Ile aux Oiseaux stretches between the golf course, the dune and the lake.
The area of la Plage, 600 m from the beach of Quend, sets the houses out around a natural lake and on the edge of a forest. It also features a heated outdoor swimming pool open in the summer.

Note : Sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years old. Law no. 95 949 of 25/08/1995.
