Located in the rustic village of Les Carroz d'Arâches, the Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Fermes du Soleil residence offers all you need for a truly relaxing ski holiday in France. Cosy, comfortable self-catering apartments with exceptional views over the village, the valley or the skating rink. A welcoming reception with pool table and children's area. A lovely indoor swimming pool plus jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. 'Algotherm' spa treatments are also available on site. Right next door to the residence is a very well equipped supermarket. The closest ski lifts are 800m from the residence and are accessible on foot or by a free local shuttle bus. Les Carroz offers good access to snow sure Flaine and the Grand Massif ski area. All the resorts amenities are only 200 metres away and you will find a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops.

Activities

There are a number of activities available in Les Carroz d-Arâches choose from snowshoeing, swimming, ice skating, snowmobiling, dog sledding and ice karting. Ask at the Pierre & Vacances reception for preferential rates on a wide selection of leisure activities. Spa facilities are also available in the residence with cardio-training room, heated indoor swimming pool, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi and treatment rooms "Deep Nature Spa" by Algotherm.

Tourist Guide

  • Les Carroz is a hidden gem of a ski resort, although its becoming more popular every year. Less than an hour from Geneva it has one of the lowest transfer times for French ski resorts. The village itself is a typical French alpine village and offers a good range of good value restaurants, bars and shops. Situated in the Grand Massif ski area there is lots of skiing on offer including the snow sure slopes of Flaine. The resorts of Morillon and Samoens also have plenty of skiing to choose from plus some good lunch options!
