Tourist paths in the Barres national forest, starting from the residence; observation of the highly varied forest wild-life (red deer, roedeer, etc.); possible to study and recognise tracks, and learn how to approach animals. Followed by a relaxation session in St. Thomas hot baths: proof of the power of nature
The virgin white snows of the Cerdagne and Capcir areas offer a number of vast, bright, unspoilt locations just perfect for snowshoeing under the Mediterranean skies, including quiet forests, frozen lakes, panoramic peaks, cocooned and snow-filled valleys and hollows or peaceful hilltops
