A Full Fitness 5 day Cure, from Monday to Friday, with 4 treatments per day including:

From Paris: Take the A14 motorway, then the A13 in the direction of Rouen/ Caen. Take exit 29b to Dozulé / Cabourg, then follow the signs for Houlgate
After leaving the motorway, go over 2 roundabouts and 2 traffic lights. At the 3rd light, turn left and follow the arrows for Port Guillaume – Georges V. Pass the police station ("commissariat de police") and turn right at the end of the street. 150 m further on, cross the railroad tracks and go to the reception office located in the residence (opposite the marina).
